AICE held ADGo’s first global launch party in Taipei. VOCAL MIDDLE combined media announcements, business networking and an expert discussion within three hours. Creative briefs and hands-on access helped marketing professionals explore the product through their own questions, with subsequent content continuing the conversation.
The launch needed to explain ADGo’s purpose to business leaders and marketing professionals while introducing AICE’s direction. Industry discussion and product experience created an initial public understanding that could support later enquiries.
Marketing teams face constraints in time, staffing and creative resources, but also have questions about rapidly changing AI tools. An on-stage feature demonstration alone cannot show every professional how a product relates to their work. The event therefore needed news, business interaction and opportunities to try the product.
Serve different audiences through three formats
At Be One in Taipei, a media session, business party and expert discussion were arranged within three hours. Topics and spaces reflected the needs of journalists, business leaders and practitioners.
Make creative briefs a shared starting point
Different briefs printed on name badges invited guests to consider solutions before seeing ADGo used during the discussion. A trial area let attendees enter their own requests, connecting product understanding with direct interaction rather than abstract claims.
Link the event with preceding and subsequent content
Online topics and invitations began one month before the launch. New-feature communications, promotional content and enterprise workshops followed, making the event one point in an ongoing programme.
Project records report attendance by more than 100 business leaders and senior managers, 20 media placements and internally estimated PR Value of approximately NT$3 million. More than ten agencies and large enterprises made product enquiries in the following weeks. Enquiries are not reported as completed implementations. PR Value is a project valuation measure, not revenue.
Coverage and event records explain who AICE is, what ADGo aims to address and how it was demonstrated. They form factual material in AI PR’s outer layer. A live trial does not establish that AI platforms adopted brand information, nor completion of VM GEO or inner-layer governance.
Primary — Local → Local: The Taipei event served business and marketing communities through shared briefs, product trials and conversation.
Enabling — Global → Local: International AI-marketing developments supplied background, interpreted through work familiar to Taiwan professionals.
Possible next step — Local → Global: “First global launch” describes the event’s positioning. Overseas expansion still requires local buyers, channels and usage evidence.
Cross-market adaptation: A Global → Global extension would adapt languages, briefs, partners and media arrangements, separately tracking trials, enquiries, implementations and sales.
1 Why combine three formats?
Media, business leaders and practitioners need different information and interactions.
2 How was experience designed?
Badge briefs prompted thinking before a discussion demonstration and open trial area.
3 How did communication continue?
Pre-event online topics were followed by feature content, promotion and enterprise workshops.
4 How many sales can be claimed?
The case records attendance, coverage and enquiries, not a confirmed sales count.
5 How does this relate to AI PR?
The event and coverage supply public facts about the brand, product and purpose in the outer information layer.
