SinoPac Securities|Everyday-Life KOL Content Narrows the Distance in Investment Communications

SinoPac Securities wanted to use everyday language to shorten the distance between new investors and Fengcungu. VOCAL MIDDLE planned the theme “Investing Is Life” and invited 7 KOLs from lifestyle, personal-finance, and quality-living fields to interpret investing from personal situations; the existing case page records nearly 1.5 million views and more than 25,000 engagements.

Project Goals

SinoPac Securities is advancing digital investment services, and Fengcungu answers entry-level investing needs with an intuitive interface and features. The project needed to let personal-finance beginners approach the platform through situations they understand in daily life, without sacrificing accuracy, rather than seeing only financial jargon or a feature list. The content therefore used “Investing Is Life” to link the experiences of different creators, so that prospective users could understand investing through work, spending, life goals, and asset planning, and used view and engagement data to assess how the social content reached audiences.

Business and Communication Challenge

For beginner investors, the barrier to entry comes not only from operating a product but also from the language, context, and sources of financial content. A one-way feature explanation can state the specifications but does not necessarily answer “what does this have to do with my life?” The opportunity in this case was to let creators with different profiles reorganise the message around real usage needs: personal-finance creators supplied methods, while lifestyle and quality-living creators placed investing within work, goals, and everyday choices. Compared with choosing only KOLs with financial backgrounds, diverse content offered several entry points for audiences; the brand still maintained professionalism and credibility through clear product information and review boundaries.

Strategy and Approach

Build a content theme beginners can understand around Investing Is Life
VOCAL MIDDLE designed content around situations such as work, spending, and life goals, so that creators first talked about why they started investing and then linked that to how to use Fengcungu. The content did not present “anyone can invest” as a result, but broke complex financial concepts into a first step that audiences can understand.

Use diverse KOL profiles to create different points of contact
The project worked with 7 KOLs from lifestyle, personal-finance, and quality-living fields, each interpreting the relationship between investing and life from their own experience. Compared with having only finance-focused creators explain the product, diverse profiles could reach both people already interested in personal finance and audiences who seldom search for financial content on their own.

Keep the content consistent through a shared message and review boundaries
Each piece kept the creator’s own voice but returned to the same brand message: low barrier, easy to start, and lifestyle-oriented investing. VOCAL MIDDLE also organised product information and communication priorities, keeping a recognisable relationship among personal experience, financial information, and brand message, and used view and engagement records to assess public-communication results.

Results and Impact

The existing case page records that the project worked with 7 KOLs and the content accumulated nearly 1.5 million views and more than 25,000 engagements; the page also keeps links to 4 public posts by creators, showing different angles on life, work, and personal finance.
The available data support the Publicity outcome of content reach and engagement, and also show that one brand message can be translated by creators with different profiles into different everyday situations. The project leaves KOL content, the logic for choosing creators, and public engagement records, building an image association between Fengcungu and lifestyle-oriented investing.
